Terms & Conditions – Skydiving Dubai

Welcome to Skydiving Dubai. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

General Information Skydiving Dubai operates adventure and aerial experiences including tandem skydives, desert skydives, and gyrocopter flights.
All participants must comply with our safety rules, age requirements, and health guidelines before participating.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these activities and accept the associated risks.

Eligibility & Health Requirements Minimum age for skydiving is 18 years old (valid photo ID or passport required).
The maximum weight limit for tandem skydives is 100 kg (subject to BMI restrictions).
Participants must be in good physical health and free from serious medical conditions, including heart issues, epilepsy, or recent surgeries.
Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in any aerial activities.

Booking & Payment Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or through authorized partners.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
In the event of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, Skydiving Dubai reserves the right to postpone or reschedule your activity without penalty.

Weather Policy All aerial activities are dependent on weather and air traffic conditions. If your experience is delayed or canceled due to wind, rain, or visibility, we will assist you in rescheduling for the next available date.

Safety & Conduct
All instructions from instructors and crew must be followed at all times.
Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be denied participation without a refund.
Safety gear must be worn properly throughout the experience.

Media, Photos & Videos Photos and videos captured during your jump or flight may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Skydiving Dubai, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Media packages are non-refundable once the experience begins.

Liability Waiver By participating in any Skydiving Dubai activity, you acknowledge and accept that skydiving, aviation, and related aerial sports involve inherent risks.
You agree to release Skydiving Dubai, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.

Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Information collected during booking is used solely for operational and safety purposes.
