Sales & Refund Policy – Skydiving Dubai

Welcome to Skydiving Dubai. Please review our Sales & Refund Policy carefully before completing your booking. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

General Policy All bookings made through Skydiving Dubai — including tandem skydives, desert dropzone experiences, and gyrocopter flights — are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person.

All Sales Are Final All sales are considered final after payment confirmation.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, missed appointments, or change of mind.
We recommend ensuring your availability before completing the booking.

Rescheduling In special cases such as adverse weather conditions or operational delays, your experience may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made by customers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity, and are subject to availability.
Same-day reschedule requests cannot be accommodated.

No-Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive on time for their scheduled experience will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
Late arrivals may forfeit their booking slot.

Weather or Technical Delays Skydiving and gyrocopter experiences are highly weather-dependent.
If your booking is delayed or canceled due to weather, safety, or technical reasons, we will assist you in rescheduling your experience for the next available date.
Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Payment Terms All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Bookings can be made via online payment, WhatsApp booking, or in-person transactions.
Prices include VAT where applicable.

Refund Exceptions Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
If the experience is canceled permanently by Skydiving Dubai and no reschedule date is available.
If the participant is denied participation for safety or medical reasons before the activity begins (at management’s discretion).
